How to join
Faculty, Staff & Students
The easiest way to access the Williams Switchboard is with your college email account. On the sign up page, just click the Google “G” and log in with your Williams email address and password. You will automatically be approved as a Switchboard member.
Note: If you use this authentication method, you never need to use the Switchboard login form. Just click the G when you are asked to login. You will either be redirected to the Switchboard homepage immediately (if you are logged in to Gmail, for example) or will be sent to the Switchboard homepage after submitting the Google login form.
Alumni, Parents & other community members
Sign up with your preferred email address or connect via Facebook, Twitter or Google account. We’ll verify your affiliation with Williams, and then you can start connecting! Alumni who use their @alumni.williams.edu email address will be automatically approved.
