Williams College Awards 13 Master's in Art History

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass., June 10, 2003–Williams College awarded 13 students master’s degrees on completion of the Graduate Program in the History of Art during Commencement exercises on Sunday, June 8.

Williams, in collaboration with the Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute, offers a two-year graduate program in preparation for careers in teaching and museums. Graduates of the program often follow their formal studies with curatorial or education positions at museums or enroll in doctoral programs in art history.
