Williams College Celebrates Staff Members on Annual Appreciation Day

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass., May 2, 2016—On Tuesday, May 3, Williams College will host its annual Appreciation Day, which honors staff members who have reached milestones in their service to the college. The celebration includes a luncheon for employees completing their 5th, 10th, 15th, or 20th year of service, and a dinner for employees celebrating their 25th, 30th, 35th, and 40th year of service, as well as those who are newly retired. The day is an opportunity for community members to offer thanks to the staff whose contributions uphold the college’s functionality and excellence.

This year’s retirees are Janet Bartlett, Thomas Bergeron, Abby Bienkowski, Keith Blanchard, Linda Bolte, Peter Cronin, Olive DiGennaro, Joyce Foster, Jonathan George, Linda Goyette, Linda Hall, David Jowett, Susan Landry, Donna LeSage, Sharron Macklin, Laura McKeon, John Miner, Karen Parkinson, Marcela Peacock, Stephen Rondeau, Stephen Sneed, Edward St. Pierre, Maureen Strype, Bruce Wheat, and Margaret Wood.

Nancy Wojnicki, Wayne Hammond, and Linda McGraw are celebrating 40 years at the college, while Mark Phillips and Scott Duncan are celebrating 35 years.

Celebrating their 30th year of service are Diana Elvin, Julie Menard, Laurie Wiles, Deborah LaPine, Stacy Sylvester, Alison O’Grady, Pete Haig, Donna Santiago, John Gravel, John Morrissey, and Robert Kelly.

Celebrating 25 years at the college are William Allen, Scott Huls, Robin Kibler, Susan Lefaver, Dorothy Lewis, Christine Maher, Michele Migdal, Ada Moreno, Pamela Richard, Timothy Roberts, Debra Rogers-Gillig, Douglas Rydell, and Rachel Tassone.

Celebrating 20 years at the college are Randall Benoit, David Carpenter, Kim Clark, Dawn Dellea, Gisela Demant, Kimberly Hogue, Raymond Larabee, Peter Mazzacco, Edward Nowlan, Rebecca Ohm, Jennifer Swoap, Martha Tetrault, and Karen Theiling.
