Williams College Celebrates Staff Members on Annual Appreciation Day, May 1

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass., April 30, 2018—On May 1, Williams College will host its annual Appreciation Day, which honors staff members who have reached milestones in their service to the college. The celebration includes a luncheon for employees completing their 5th, 10th, 15th, or 20th year of service, and a dinner for employees celebrating their 25th, 30th, 35th, 40th, and 45th year of service, as well as those who are newly retired. The day is an opportunity for community members to offer thanks to the staff whose contributions uphold the college’s functionality and excellence.

This year’s retirees are Paul Boyer, Gail Burda, James Butler, Kathleen Crandall, Mary Ellen Czerniak, Susan Galli, Nellie Gifford, Pete Haig, Jeffrey Jones, Wayne King, Peter Landry, Joseph Moran, Linda Moran, Mary Pfister, Marlene Rider, Gary Rougeau, Mireille Roy, Karen Ryan, Rick Spalding, Martha Tetrault, and Patricia Travis.

Michael Noyes is celebrating his 40th year.

Celebrating 35 years of service are David Berger, Nellie Gifford, Peter Landry, Glenn Rougeau, Robert Santiago, and Kathleen Therrian.

Celebrating their 30th year of service are Thoeun Ching, Aaron Crandall, Beth Erdeski, David Fitzgerald, Paula Langer, Richard Lescarbeau, Nancy Luczynski, Marco Oliva, Amy Tatro, and Judi-Anne Willette.

Celebrating 25 years at the college are Stefan Berger, Richard Daniels, Thomas Demeo, Kevin Erdeski, Lisa Gazaille, Tricia Koch, Patricia Malanga, Carol Parker, Alesia Parks, Virginia Parks, Stephen Tomkowicz, Tina van Luling, and David Wilson.
