Social Media

Watch a video. Post a photo. See what we share.

Social media lets Williams engage in ongoing conversations with current and prospective students, faculty, staff, alumni, parents, colleagues, fans, and friends about what is most important to them, strengthening connections and extending the community found on the Williams campus to the world.

The Williams College Office of Communications maintains several active accounts, including:

Williams College on Facebook Facebook: williamscollege
Williams College on Twitter Twitter: @williamscollege
Williams College on YouTube YouTube: williamscollege
Williams College on Instragram Instagram: williamscollege
Williams College on Flickr Flickr: williamscollege

Digital storytelling

The office also uses Storify and Rebelmouse to curate digital stories, including Commencement, First Days, and Mountain Day, among other featured campus events, as well as a social wall that chronicles all things Williams.

Tweet-ups

We occasionally host Twitter Q&A sessions or “Tweet-ups,” particularly for prospective students to learn about Williams. Take a look at one of our past tweet-ups for the Class of 2018.

Social campus

The Office of Communications also maintains a Facebook page and a Tumblr for Arts at Williams.

Athletic news and events can be found on Facebook at Williams College Athletics and on Twitter @EphSports.
